Does not apply to some OPTIONAL EXTRAS. Does not apply to the DELIVERY WARRANTY. Does not apply to any MILEAGE FEE (all out-of-area site visits). Sales tax also discounted. Sales tax also counts toward discount level. Total Order Volume Discount builds over multiple orders. Amounts paid count toward discount level, on EVERY additional order. Trees2Go tracks and reports (on Receipts) cumulative of amounts paid. Example: First order of $200 gets 4% discount. Second order of $300 gets 6% ($500 level). Third order of $100 gets 6%. 6% every time until $1000 level, then 8% . . .
Major Insurance Coverage
Major Liability Insurance applies (certificate available upon request). Workman's Compensation Insurance applies (certificate available upon request). Commercial Vehicle Insurance applies. Minor Liability Release Customer releases Trees2Go from minor damage & health claims to property & landscaping. We are careful, but minor scrapes and damages may occur. Trees2Go will remedy broken or seriously damaged property. Underground Liability Release (all digging) Customer releases Trees2Go from any damage claims to roots, irrigation systems, sewer & septic systems, power lines, gas lines, cables, wires, water lines, phone lines, or any other buried obstacles. Free service to locate & mark buried utilities: 1-Call Utilities Locating @ 811. Sprinkler & buried fence companies may be able to locate their components. Plant Availability The information on this website is provided as a general reference work only, and not a guarantee of availability, source, or price. Prices rarely change. It is availability that fluctuates rapidly. We do source from other fine growers, not posted here, to find just about anything. We do not source from low quality production growers. We estimate GROWER TWO, THREE, FOUR, & FIVE lists to be 97-99% accurate. We estimate TAYLOR SITE to be 99%-100% accurate. It IS Taylor's site. Availability is verified for sure by Trees2Go upon inquiry/order. We reserve the right to refuse planting of poor BALLED & BURLAPPED (B&B) choices, such as Crape Myrtle, Cherry, Magnolia, and Dogwood. Potted stock is acceptable for all plantings. We will deliver (with WARRANTY) all potted and B&B stock, any time of year. Plant Quality Initial size may vary: occasionally smaller, but often larger. We GUARANTEE satisfaction. Color/characteristics may vary due to soil pH, water, sun, shade, mulch, fertilization, etc. . . Plants usually delivered by enclosed trailer, but occasionally by open trailer, truck, or SUV. Referrals/Weblinks Referrals & links to other people/websites are provided as a convenience. Trees2Go makes no guarantee of other's quality and readers are advised to use caution.
