EXTRAS (not included with A1Planting) Drip Irrigation Volume Discount applies. Low pressure tubing system, buried under the mulch, with small emitters placed adjacent to each plant. Add up the following for a system cost: $5 per plant (2 emitters/plant). $1 per foot of distribution tubing. - Includes tubing splitters & endcaps. $95 per hose end connection, installed: - Hose spigot 1-into-2 splitter. - Water pressure requlator. - Backflow preventer. - Hose to tubing adapter. System best installed concurrently with planting job, under mulch. Even without staking, for 2 years, we will repair or stake any of our plantings that tip due to wind speeds up to 60 miles per hour for no charge. It is preferable in the long run for a tree to sway in the breeze. This constant "flexing" allows the trunk to develop stronger, like a muscle, so the tree can withstand future high winds, ice and snow. Unstaked trees develop greater caliper, a larger root system, and healthier, undamaged trunks. |
